Return & Refund Policy
At Pink House Colorado, we want you to absolutely love what you take home. While we don’t offer refunds for general returns, we’re happy to help you find something that’s a perfect fit.
Exchanges Only
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at heather@pinkhousecolorado.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange.
- Exchanges may be made for another size, color, or item of equal value.
- Items returned that do not meet our condition requirements may be refused.
- Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
In-Store Purchases
Exchanges for in-store purchases must be completed at our Louisville, CO boutique within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
